| Bike Wise Safety helmet. Check for cracks and make sure it fits properly. Check my bike to make sure it is safe. My brakes, handle bars and tyres. I was riding my bike at school and turning corners and stopping actually. The back brakes are only fitted on the wheels. |

My running
Today I ran on the field at St Mary's. I ran 2 laps but I nearly ran 3 laps. My body hurts.
